CLUB RULES & REGULATIONS

Please read the following club Rules & Regulations carefully and save for future reference.

1. The CARBON360 CLUB:

The CARBON360 Performance Car Club in Gauteng is a newly established Club with the sole aim of providing social and competitive activities which appeal to like-minded people, young and old, who have one common passion – Performance Cars. Carbon360’s aim is to network people with the passion for performance and customized cars. Lots of owners out there have many questions about mechanical and aesthetic aspects of their ride, or just plainly need someone to chat with about their ride. Our members at Carbon360 range from the plain old Joe just looking to take his ride on the open road to chaps that eat and breathe performance cars for a living. Our goal is to educate owners about using the full capability of their rides. The cars we drive were not just produced to be a vehicle, but rather a hobby and a passion for the motoring enthusiast. What’s the point of having one and not having someone with the same interest as you to share your joy with…”There’s a reason you drive what you drive”

2. CARBON360 EVENTS:

Various events are organized by and run each year by the club committees for its members. These events include:

Ø Meet and greets

Ø Breakfast Runs

Ø Dyno Days

Ø Track days

Ø Charity Event days

Ø Show Days

Ø Year End Get together

Ø And a few others

All events that you may participate in - whether club or non-club events - is done ENTIRELY at your own risk and CARBON360 will not be held liable in any manner or form for any injury or damage they may occur regardless of how it occurs or to whom.

3. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES:

Being a Carbon360 Member means that you represent the Club as an ambassador to club. The Carbon360 club does not promote any form of dangerous or illegal driving activities. Under no circumstances does this club condone any form of illegal racing, Drinking & Driving, speeding or reckless driving.

As a CARBON360 member, you are required by the Club to always show politeness and courtesy to other drivers, motorcyclists and pedestrians on the road.

Acceptance to the Club and Signing of this Document, you hereby accept our Rules & Regulations, Failure to adhere to our Rules & Regulations will result to expulsion from the club and there are NO refunds on your Membership Fee, CARBON360 Committee Reserve the Rights to reject any membership applicant.
